1/2 t himalayan sea salt

2 t peppercorn medleyfresh cracked pepper any

1.5T olive oil

1.5t paprika

Don’t call it a come bundt! (enter old skewl hip hop jam) Yup, I’m a dork! This pan has been around since the dawn of time. Let’s show it some love with this savory treat.
Why settle for the normal breakfast bake? Especially, if you want to change things up or impress those house guests who just WILL NOT leave. Don’t worry your secret is safe with me. No matter how much you enjoy their arrival, the departure leaves you relieved to get your house back to your own and the indentured servitude to come to an end.

Onward – this has all the components you have come to enjoy from a scrumptious breakfast concoction but in a cool new format.
Enter the bundt pan! Anytime I say that word – bundt – I immediately think of that scene in My Big Fat Greek Wedding where the Greeks have never seen the white folk bundt cake. Too funny!

No matter which bundt pan you use and no matter what the claim is, I find that I need to grease the hell out of the pan to keep the egg and taters from sticking since gravity is against you, dear friend.

Ingredient variations
You cannot go wrong here. Add spinach, change the protein, omit the protein and add more veggies like squash and kale. Go for it! Or stick the recipe here.

Mise en placeGather all of your ingredients, pans, utensils, etc. Preheat oven to 385F. |

Chop and dice your veggies and ham. |

In another skillet, heat 1 T of olive oil over medium high heat. Add frozen potatoes in a single layer. Let cook for 6 minutes and flip over for another 6 minutes to get a nice crust on the potatoes. Remove from heat. |

While the veggies and protein are sauteing, it is time to prepare the egg mixture. Add eggs to a large bowl. Add the seasonings and milk and whisk thoroughly. |

Grease or spray bundt pan like there is no tomorrow! Some may stick due to gravity so its best to overspray the pan even if its non-stick. |

Add potatoes to the bundt pan. Top with peppers, onions, and ham mixture. Add chopped spinach here if adding. Pour egg mixture over the top. Insert a spoon and use it to gently incorporate the egg mixture into the lower ingredients. Pop in the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. |
